ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS 
Any order for a product appearing in the online store of the ledroitalabellevie.com website requires prior consultation of these general conditions. Consequently, the consumer acknowledges being fully informed of the fact that his agreement concerning the content of these general conditions does not require the handwritten signature of this document.

"THE RIGHT TO THE GOOD LIFE" PRODUCTS
Le Droit à la Belle Vie products, unless otherwise stated, are unique creations or made in small series by hand. Like any craft work, the works may contain imperfections. Slight shades of color can be observed depending on the arrival of the materials used (stone, leather, fabric) and other materials intended to decorate the works.  The photographs of the site are made from the items for sale, they are faithful to the products you will receive. From one screen to another, the colors may vary. The Company cannot be held responsible for this.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The order is executed within the time given in each creation sheet,  from the day following that on which the consumer placed his order and payment duly made. In any case, the shipment is made no later than within 7 days from the day on which payment is received (unless other time limit indicated in the product sheet). All products offered for sale are available. The articles are sold within the limit of the number indicated in each sheet. The creations are made in single model or in small series. When a creation is sold out, the creation may remain visible on the site with the mention "Sold" or "Out of stock". It is possible to request the reissue of a model out of stock by sending a message to the Company.

PAYMENTS
Payment is made after manual validation of the order by credit card via Paypal's secure payment platform or by payment from your Paypal account.

PRICE
The prices are indicated in euros (€) and are valid only on the date of the sending of the payment by the consumer. These prices are net of tax (art. 293B of the General Tax Code) and do not take into account the delivery costs, invoiced in addition, and indicated before the validation of the order. Payment of the full price must be made when ordering. No order is sent by the seller (the Company) without confirmation of payment by Paypal and the seller's bank. This operation can take 1 to 2 days.

BILLING 
The Company systematically provides an invoice detailing your purchases.

In application of article n°293B of the General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable on products from the Le Droit à la Belle Vie shop.

RETURN/REFUND 

If a creation does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to send it back to the Company by letter, carefully packaged. You will be offered an exchange or refund for any return. We bear the cost of return on simple request from you.

A personalized creation is not refunded and is not accepted in return except to make an adjustment (eg chain length). We will offer you a solution if the personalized jewel can be modified so that it meets your wishes .

Personalized creations or not  may be adjusted free of charge (e.g. chain enlargement or reduction) . For adjustments, postage costs are borne by our company for shipments from the seller (us) to the buyer (you).

As a reminder, jewelry returned for exchange or refund must not be worn or damaged.  The after-sales service reserves the right to refuse the return or refund if the above conditions are not met.

If the exchange is not possible, a refund  in the form of a must see is made for a maximum period of validity of 12 months from its date of issue. The jewel that has been returned is then kept in our workshop and the credit note is sent to you.

In all cases, the exchange or refund is made, after checking that the returned order is complete and in new condition.

In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will reimburse you for all the sums you have paid, delivery costs included.

Reimbursement deadline: 
- Withdrawal before sending the order: The Seller reimburses no later than 14 days following the date on which it was informed of your decision to withdraw.

- Withdrawal after sending the order: The Seller will only make the refund once the order has been returned to the Seller or until you have provided proof of reshipment of the order.

- To obtain reimbursement of the cost of returning the Product, the Customer must expressly request it in writing.

AFTER SALES SERVICE 
Under the "Return/Refund" conditions above,

In the event of a problem with a jewel or an object (manufacturing defect, spontaneous breakage, natural wear): contact the Company. She will always try to find a suitable solution as far as possible and reasonable to satisfy you.

PACKAGING OF ORDERS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS 

The delivery costs that are requested from you allow you to finance:

• the packaging of the creations,

• postage costs.

Each creation is carefully packaged. A box or an organza pouch (or other material) is provided.
 

For jewels that allow it, a polishing pad or wipe and two anti-tarnish blotters are offered.

The white polishing pad: It will allow you to easily maintain your jewel. It is suitable for jewelry made of raw metals such as brass, copper, silver or solid gold. Do not use on gold/silver/etc plating. It is made (USA) from cellular foam coated with micro-abrasive particles. As a result, it will take off the thin film of oxidation that tarnishes your jewellery. Use: gently rub the metal part of your jewel with the polishing pad. It can also (slightly) reduce fine scratches.

Anti-tarnish blotters: Two blotters are available for creations that require it. A blotter will already be placed in the jewelry box. Use 1 blotter at a time and replace it every 6-12 months (depending on where you keep the jewelry and how often it is used). The blotter should be placed in the storage box near your jewelry to slow down the oxidation phenomenon.

A gift bag, if you request it, can be sent to you free of charge with your order.

Shipping costs :  

We can deliver our products in France, Europe and the rest of the world. Prices and delivery times vary depending on the type of Products ordered, the delivery address and the delivery method chosen:

Principle: All orders are sent by letter followed.  

Exception: For large orders (packages over 3 cm high), the shipment is made by Colissimo.  

The costs, added to your order, are for shipments by letter followed:  

• 3 euros for metropolitan France,

• 6 euros for the rest of the world (overseas, Europe, worldwide).

For Colissimo shipments:  

• 5 euros for metropolitan France,

• 10 euros for the rest of the world (overseas, Europe, worldwide).

Delivery is free from an order of €49. The offer is renewable with each visit/purchase in the Le Droit à la Belle Vie boutique.

All addresses are checked before sending. A message will be sent to you if the Company cannot confirm the accuracy of the contact details you have provided. Please check your emails within 7 days of placing your order.

COUPONS, GIFT CARDS AND OTHER OFFERS

  We may from time to time offer coupons, gift cards or discounts and other offers (“Offers”) relating to our Creations. These Offers are only valid for the duration that may be indicated therein. Offerings may not be transferred, modified, sold, traded, reproduced or distributed without our express written permission.

The gift cards that you offer to the person of your choice are to be used within 2 years after payment. The jewelry offered with the gift card benefits from all the guarantees presented in our general conditions (adjustment, etc.). On the other hand, only the person who offered the gift card can request a refund and this within the limit of 14 days after payment.

Delivery is offered :

• from 49 € of purchases

• for loyal customers  from the 5th purchase. Delivery is offered. A code is then sent to you to make your next purchases.

You get a discount  by subscribing to our Newsletter :  

• 15% when you subscribe to our Newsletter. Your discount is applied to your first order. The discount is valid for 12 months from your date of registration.

• 20% on your anniversary date. The discount is valid 2 months before and 2 months after your birthday date, i.e. a period of validity of 4 months.

APPLICABLE LAW, LITIGATION, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Tribunal de grande instance of Paris (75). Purchases made by professionals are subject, in the event of a dispute, to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.

French law is applicable and in particular the consumer code, the civil code and the intellectual property code. In addition, the Commercial Code is applicable for purchases made by professionals.
